Freeways Wellness Foot & Body Massage

“I have been coming to this massage shop for quite a period of time and monthly, so this experience was especially disappointing. I went down at around 12 pm hoping to get a massage, but I was told that there was no available slot and that I should come back at 2 pm. I agreed and specifically booked the 2 pm appointment. I rearranged my time and returned at 2 pm as instructed, only to be told that my appointment had not been registered at all. I feel that my time was very, very disrespected. I had already made the trip down once at 12 pm, waited two hours based on the timing given to me, and then came back exactly as agreed. After supporting this shop and coming here for the past few years, I did not expect to be treated this way. Mistakes can happen, but properly recording a customer's appointment is something very basic. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to this shop anymore. I hope the management takes customers' time more seriously and improves their appointment booking process.”

“Eric的按摩真的太疗愈了，每次都能精准按到我最酸痛的点，一开始有点痛，但按完整个人直接放松到不行，有时候甚至按到睡着😂。他人也很好，很细心也很礼貌，现在我每个星期五下班都会固定去找他做全身按摩，真的变成一种习惯了，超级推荐！”

“Was recommended by a friend to come here. Came with my whole body aching but went out feeling refreshed thanks to Tattoo boy or Eason (I think, can’t remember his name) professionalism whom constantly adjusted the pressure during the massage. Counter staff was also friendly for allowing and taking care of my helmet. Would definitely come again when I have the time!”
