“I tried it since I had lend-lease vouchers to use. The massage is good, but the front desk service needs to be improved, i was attended to by a bespectacled young lady (Receipt mentions Eve, not sure if this is her name) When I informed I was using lend-lease deals & vouchers & she said ok, after I swiped to pay she told me I couldn't use card payment for less than $30, and I told her she should have said it earlier before I swiped. What needs to be improved was that she said I'm the only customer who had an issue with this. I take an issue with blaming this entirely on the customer instead of accepting responsibility that she didn't inform earlier. I would have accommodated this request if the tone was more professional. I agree with previous reviews that this place is priced higher than other places, pls ensure the entire customer service experience is there. for Wonderfoot TCM at Katong is my regular go to - well priced massage with great service. I will not return here again.”

“My mother in law has been suffering from back pain for quite some time, so I decided to brought her to FOOTNOTE to try their massage. After several sessions, her lower back discomfort has improved significantly and she feels much more comfortable than before. The massage therapist was professional, experienced and knew how to adjust the pressure according to her needs. We also really liked the relaxing atmosphere and the reasonable prices. Christine and Louis at the counter was warm, polite and provided great service. Overall, it was a very positive experience for my family. FOOTNOTE is definitely worth recommending, especially if you are looking for a comfortable place with good massage skills. I would suggest booking in advance as it can be full house quite often.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by Footnote Reflexology. I came in after a long day of walking around Singapore and just wanted somewhere to rest and recharge. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt very welcoming. The body rejuvenate massage was excellent, and the therapist was attentive and knew how to work on my tired point. Having private rooms available was another big plus for me, as I prefer having a quiet and more personal space during a massage. They also provide a complimentary foot soak, which was a thoughtful touch. The prices are affordable too Louis and Christine at the counter were both lovely. They have such a warm and pleasant image, and his smiles are truly 10/10 — very genuine and welcoming. Their friendly attitude definitely made the whole visit even more enjoyable.
