“I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience my companion and I had during our visit. Beverly was patient, polite and helpful from the very beginning when I first enquired about the availability of services for the day. We are also truly grateful that the team accommodated both of us for facial treatments even though it was beyond working hours. A heartfelt thank you to Keng and Beverly for your warmth and hospitality. We would also like to extend our appreciation to the two therapists who performed the treatments for us - unfortunately, we did not manage to get their names, but they were professional, attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you once again for the excellent service and hospitality. We truly appreciate the effort and care shown by the team.”
