“I went to this spa for about 3 times because the service was good and recently i went to this spa again like the china receptionist, apple, was asking me to leave while i was rest at the reception. That is bad attitude already. Kindly look into this matter, would like to change the staff if possible.”

“The worst experience i have ever been into this spa. First i was shock by the amount of services that they provide. As i was browsing thru the services, i was considering getting a back and neck massage. So i told the lady at the counter that i wanted this service due to my neck hurt. She suggested me to have an hour and then i agreed to it and pay $78. Then she brought me to a room and ask me to change into disposable underwear and i was shocked. When i turn my head and wanted to ask her why do i need to do this and then she walk away. I didnt make a big fuzz as i know there is other customer too. So i change and the massage guy walk in and ask me to go and have a shower so i was shock. Then the guy who didnt look muscular came in and bring me to the shower area. Shower area wasnt very clean and tidy. Dirty till i have to help them to use water and rinse off the area where i have to step in. Then the massage wasnt as hard as i have requested but he didnt put energy to it. And then when it reach my hands, i felt something….. he brought my hands to his private area and slight across it a few times. Not only that, when he was on my back, i felt he was using his area to brush against me and then i didnt felt good and kept on moving away. After that when i flip around to my stomach side, he didnt put in hard work and was playing around my private area. I was getting a bit uncomfortable and had to cover my area and started to doubt was it a legit massage area or…. After that he ask me for money to have sex”
