“Its my first time visiting a home based facial. And been many years since I last did any due to my sensitive skin. From the moment I arrive, im being treated with great hospitality. Given slippers right at the door step. Upon entering the room, it feels like a cosy spa. With a call bell to inform her once I've changed my top. Charlotte don't leave you alone in the room unless she needs to change out the water. Every stroke, every touch is soft and relaxing. Very meticulous even to the point of application of skin care after mask is removed. I did facial bojin today, my first experience and it was amazing. Extraction is painless. Neck, shoulder and head massage was done while the mask was on. I would say, overall experience is better than some facial salon out there. I could feel Charlotte's sincerity and effort throughout. HIGHLY recommended!”
