“Saw a 38$ promotion and decided to try as they advertised that it would help with the headaches that I was getting + better sleep. Immediately got upsell to add another 38$ because of some alignment / tension issue so just doing the head massage is not good enough. The massage itself was okay, but after the treatment, they were hard selling to sell a package. I had to say no 5 times. Afterwhich they kept calling me for the next few days and I had to block them because it got annoying. The worst part was, I haven’t had any migraines for a few weeks, until that night, after my treatment. Perhaps if you did long term treatment it could be useful, but it’s definitely not cheap. Also, forget coming if your mandarin is not above average. You’ll just get confused by the “medical jargon”.”

“I have been Zen for the longest time for my regular monthly mani and pedi. Signed and renewed numerous! What got me frustrated is the appointment booking system. Many months back it was told to me i can only make 2 months advance booking! However when i was trying to arrange Dec booking (now that we are in Oct) i was told they have changed the duration. No longer 2 months ahead! No proper notification to us LOYALTY members! I decided to drop this review because there were also several past encounters related to their appointments bookings! They MISSED out my bookings despite i have proof of the confirmation! If you cannot tolerate screws up appointments dont go to Zen”
