“Staff at the counter who served me had a displeasing attitude and the person who did my gel removal did it really badly, with so many uneven dents and took off so much of my natural nail bed that my nails are still so weak and chipping. She said if I wanted my nails to be even, I had to top up extra $28 for a manicure to get it buffed out. Oof, I think if I let her do that my nails would probably disappear into the distance. I contemplated even leaving a review but the person at the counter who had the blackest face truly inspired me to write a review. You know you’re in customer service… right? For the price point, not worth it. Oh, but shout out to the nice lady who did my toes. She was good 👍🏼”
