“I only came here to remove the gel polish from both my toenails and fingernails. I told the staff first that I needed the polish removed from my toes. After they started, I mentioned that I also needed my fingernail polish removed. Only then was I told that they did not have enough time to do my hands. What I don’t understand is why this wasn’t communicated from the beginning. If there was only enough time for one service — either hands or feet — they should have told me before starting so I could decide which one I wanted to do. Very poor communication and quite disappointing, especially for such a simple service.”

“Came here to get my nail extensions removed and left with extremely thin nails??? While i do understand it’s a difficult job to do, I don’t believe my nails had to be filed down so much with such carelessness while charging $45 JUST for extensions removal. Honestly you’re better off doing your nails at a home based salon. charging $45 for poorly done nails and irritated nail beds.”
