“I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time, and I want to acknowledge that the staff have always been friendly, professional, and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed by a recent policy that, in my view, prioritizes additional revenue over customer choice. I recently discovered that customers are charged SGD 5 for every personal nail product they bring for the technician to apply. This applies not only to nail polish, but also to base coats, top coats, and any bottle labelled as a strengthening treatment, hardener, extra shine, long-wear formula, or similar product. These charges are in addition to the standard manicure or pedicure service fee. As a consumer, this effectively leaves you with three options: • Use the salon’s products. • Purchase products from the salon. • Pay an additional fee to use your own preferred products. Many customers bring their own nail products for personal preference, quality, allergies, or hygiene reasons. Charging separately for each individual bottle feels excessive, especially when the application is already part of the manicure or pedicure service being paid for. While businesses are free to set their own pricing policies, I believe customers should have reasonable freedom to use their own products without incurring multiple additional charges. Greater transparency and a more customer-friendly approach would go a long way toward maintaining the trust and loyalty of long-time patrons.”

“Amazing find across from my hotel. Stopped in on a Monday afternoon and was able to be see for a pedicure. The atmosphere was inviting and calm. The nail tech was super thorough in removing callous from the feet and ensuring all previous gel polish was removed. She did a great job with this. The polish and finish were also done really well and in about 45 minutes my feet were happy and refreshed. Overall a very positive experience that I can recommend!!”
