No consultation, no customization, nothing. Communication was basically nonexistent, and the layers were horribly blended. You can literally see where they stop. Looks rushed, uneven, and unfinished. “This was my first visit to this nail salon, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Before the service started, I showed the staff the exact nail design I wanted (photo attached on the right), which included a nude gel base, cat-eye effect, and two simple nail art designs on each hand. I specifically asked for the price, and the staff, knowing that the design included the cat-eye effect, quoted me S$44. At no point was I informed that there would be any additional charges. However, when it was time to pay, I was shocked to be charged S$88, which was double the quoted price. Only then was I told that the cat-eye effect required more work and therefore cost extra. If that was the case, I should have been informed before the service began so I could decide whether I wanted to proceed. It is unacceptable to change the price only after the service has been completed. During the manicure, while my nails were curing under the UV/LED lamp, I experienced a strong burning sensation. I've had my nails done many times before, and although a slight warmth can be normal, it has never been this painful. The experience was very uncomfortable. I understand that different salons have different pricing, and I would have accepted the S$88 price if it had been communicated to me upfront. My disappointment is not simply about the amount charged, but about the lack of transparency. Being quoted one price and then charged double without any prior explanation made the whole experience feel very misleading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon. I hope they improve their communication and clearly inform customers of all charges before starting any service, so others do not have the same experience.”

“Very disappointing experience. After my eyelash extension appointment, my eyes became very red and irritated. When I contacted the salon, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and I was told it was due to my sensitivity rather than being offered support or a solution. Instead of showing concern or helping me resolve the issue, the salon dismissed my complaint and refused to take responsibility. I was left uncomfortable and had to deal with the situation myself. I would not recommend this salon based on how my concerns were handled.But I was disappointed by the lack of care and customer service when I was experiencing discomfort. I hope the salon will improve how they handle customers’ concerns in the future.”
