“They are very responsive on WhatsApp and i was able to book an appointment on the same day. I think I was unfortunate to be assigned a junior therapist who was very slow in her work and took no responsibility when she damaged my nail with the electric nail file. The owner also took no responsibility and no apology given. I was unable to complete the service, taking an hour for cuticle work. Again no apology given. I would not return.”

“I had such a great experience here and wanted to leave a review because the pedicure was honestly spectacular. I had a treatment for hard skin on my heels — it’s true it isn’t cheap, but it is absolutely worth it. My heels were left baby-soft (literally like baby feet!), and what impressed me most was the results lasted a full month. Usually, even with the same home care routine, treatments I’ve had elsewhere only last 3 or 4 days before the dryness comes back. But this was completely different — my feet stayed in very good condition for weeks. Really professional service and long lasting results.”

“We had a 6PM appointment for two pedicures and one manicure. They asked us to come early. My manicure started right away and was fine though they didn’t clean under my nails - just the top. My husband ended up waiting 30 minutes for his pedicure to begin while two others finished up with another customer. There was no apology for the wait and overall everything seemed a bit rushed because we were the last customers of the night. I would say that at least the quality is pretty good but could be improved.”
