“Have been coming here regularly for 2 years for manipedi services, the recent times i came i was served by Lily. The first time, i sat down she already had an attitude with me. I brushed it off because maybe i came at 8pm she was tired. Shop closes at 930pm and they agreed on the said appointment timing so I didnt understand whats the issue either. If i came at the 11th hour i would understand. Throughout the entire GEL MANI she was SIGHING and rushing me to put my hand under the gel cure. I kept quiet and gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was tired. But today i went and unfortunately i got her as my tech again. This time my appointment was at 7. She literally kept sighing so i guessed that its just her attitude problem and zero customer service skills. There are other things she did that is rude. She held my hand up towards me and asked “Okay???” Is there not a nicer way or a more professional way to ask me if im okay with the nails that she did? Needless to say i love the rest of the staff there except for her. Its just her that have no customer service. Oh and also whenever she wants me to put my hand in the gel cure thing she will just tap it aggressively 3 times signalling me to put it in?? Overall just no professionalism and if i were to come again and she be the tech, i would reject her. If you dont want to work dont work. Very disappointing, not a relaxing experience at all.”

They paid great attention to detail, and the manicure/pedicure result turned out beautiful and long-lasting. Service was smooth, comfortable, and worth the visit.
