“I was initially a little skeptical after seeing some of the Google reviews, but since this salon is the nearest to my workplace, I decided to give it a try — and I’m really glad I did! Today was my second visit, and both times my nails were done by Fern. She’s very meticulous and really pays attention to the little details. I showed her a random design I found on Instagram, and after just looking at it once, she managed to recreate it almost 90% similar! What I really appreciate is that she always checks with me along the way. Before proceeding with the colours she matched, she applied them first to make sure I was happy with the shades. Even for the cat-eye effect, she checked with me again to make sure it was the effect I wanted before continuing. Both of my experiences have been really good, and I honestly feel that some of the poor Google reviews don’t do them justice. I’ll definitely be coming back to Fern! 😊 Adding a photo of my nails too, although the photo really doesn’t do them justice — they look so much nicer in person!”

“Was there on Sunday at around 3.40pm for a pedicure. There was only 1 customer and 3 manicurists, yet I was told to come back 45 minutes later. What surprised me was that all 3 manicurists were attending to the same customer — one doing her feet, and the other two doing each hand. This seems like a very inefficient use of manpower and a missed business opportunity, especially when walk-in customers are being turned away. Leaving this feedback for the owner’s attention, as I’m not sure if they’re aware this is how manpower is being managed”
