“Xiao Fang did my nail extensions so beautifully and professionally. They lasted really long and didn’t fall out easily. The rest of the nail technicians are friendly and professional too. My favorite part is how peaceful it is — they don’t keep chatting while working, so I can actually relax. The boss is also very friendly and welcoming. Always a happy and relaxing experience here. “Extremely dishonest and deceptive business practice. They pressure customers into signing a package first, only to disclose hidden terms, restrictions, and conditions afterward. That is a blatant lack of transparency and a serious breach of trust. Customers should be given full and clear information before committing to anything, not misled after the fact. This is unacceptable conduct and should not be normalized or tolerated as a standard way of doing business.”

“Wife signed for a package 3 years ago where she was told that there would be no expiration date and could use her credits anytime. She visited Nail Space recently and was told that her package had expired. She was then asked to sign for a new package to carry over the unused credits which left a bad taste since this was not what was shared to her when she signed for it. Such an unfortunate experience. Sharing this to raise awareness.”
