“They probably do not need new customers. Slots were available on classpass & I booked for pedi. Thereafter, I texted to ask if there are more time to do medi as well, she said no because she has many customers back to back. Told her it's alright, let's plan for another day for medi. As I saw there was another slot on another day available in classpass. I thought to check in with her before I book it because she told me she is on leave that day. No response from her. What's rude about it was she even cancelled my pedi booking on classpass without even giving a heads up. All good, got my beautiful nails done at bugis street D Jewel Nails. Kara did a beautiful job, very gentle and cleaned everything so well. Even removed my ingrown nails with no pain. So, if anyone is being boycotted by this bad service, probably can head down to bugis street, their pricing is very reasonable, lower than the pricing listed here.”

“Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I was the only client in the store and it felt rushed, my cuticle was cut and it started to bleed, and I was shown out before the polish had time to dry so it got messed up on 2 of my fingers. I did get a complimentary nail kit which was cute but I'm also aware that I could get the same thing on Shopee for a lot less than the price of the manicure. If you're looking for something in the area, the nail salon in White Sands mall is a lot better and more relaxing.”
