“GREAY nail tech doing manicure and pedicure; and I have to admit that it is great work done. Just ANNOYING when they are constantly pushing add ons or buy packages; or trying the typical mainland Chinese selling method of flattering EVERYTHING about you so you can be suckered in. AND that silly add on of $10 for buff and shine (free if I sign package… do I look stupid?) so they added $40 because they “buff and shine my mom and my mani”. Or telling me that my mom “has to come monthly”… DUDE I TOLD YOU SHE IS A DIABETIC and A PODIATRIST IS TAKING CARE OF HER FEET HEALTH. FACT: they overcharged by $20 coz they presume our pedicures were “buff and shine”; it wasn’t). I specifically told them WE don’t need because toes are hidden and my mom’s don’t need because we have to apply medication on her nails from her PODIATRIST. It just comes off their supposed tips, I have set aside for them anyway. Will I go back to them? Only if I can have today’s pedicurist to manage my nails and the rest of them not to come near me.”
