“I went to this nail salon with a friend last Friday. She had nails extensions and gel. We were initially told that the price was 110 total, then it became 110 for the extensions only, plus 69 for the gel. After a very long conversation, the Manager acknowledged the communication problem and allowed my friend to pay the initial price, 110 SGDs, as an exception. You can imagine that this is already not a 5 star experience. Now, here we are, after four days only from the appointment, and my friend's nails are a complete mess - as you can see in the picture. How's it possible that a gel manicure last so little? We are currently at 3 nails less on the same hand. I dont feel to waste more time and money in this business - and i warmly suggest you all to avoid it too unfortunately. Thank you.”
