“Decided to leave this long overdue review while waiting for my bus. This salon has been here for years, and it truly feels like a hidden gem in the neighborhood. The environment is cozy, stress-free, and most importantly, there is zero hard-selling, which is so hard to find these days! What really sets Ms. Winnie and her team apart is how they treat the elderly. My mom has difficulty with steps, and the team immediately provided a stool to help her down without even being asked. I’ve also witnessed them proactively helping other aged customers stand up and walk to the door. I feel 100% safe leaving my mom in their hands. Ms. Winnie is also incredibly professional—she’s fast at replying and even followed up with me on the earliest availability when I could only secure a slot for one when both of us wanted to go. Even during the busy CNY 2026 period, she was transparent about surcharges upfront before I even asked. Oh, and their cuticle trimming is the best—so thorough and attentive! They accept Cash and PayNow. Highly recommended!”
