“Hi all, just wanted to share an experience which I'm quite taken aback for. I was looking for a new nails salon as I do stay in the area - Was enquiring for their price and wasn't able to get a proper reply. I think it's ok to not understand english well, but to be rude to a potential & sincere customer is really Not OK. Ms Jessie (Lady boss I presume) sent me a voice recording "Knnccb you" after I informed her I will book another time as personally was unsure about the pricing. But I am actually keen in changing my nail salon to someplace closer. Before I knew it, she blocked me on whatsapp after sending her voice recording. Hope Ms Jessie can reflect on the way she is running her business & how she treats customers. Thank you.”

“Visited them for a simple pedicure and it was truly one of the scariest pedicures i have experienced. When cleaning my cuticles, they had somehow managed to injure my toe and even caused me to bleed. Service was done by employee that seemed to struggle with it. Previously did manicure with lady boss that was a very pleasant experience so please just train your employees better….”
