“Despite the sincerity of the staff attending to me, the quality and technique of the gelish mani done left much to be desired. The process was slow, coloring was patchy, nails are still sharp on the edges (despite asking to buff away) and you can see that the cuticles are not properly treated. Terribly disappointed with this and the process took 1.5 hours (very different from my experiences for the same service in other salons). Would not recommend at all! P.S: Added a comparison to see how differently the standard is compared to another salon I go to.”

“Extremely unsatisfactory experience. I requested SNS for my finger nails. The process was very rushed as they tried to take on more customers than they had capacity for. After my nails were completed, I went to pay and noticed that the top layer was already coming off. This was quickly fixed, again in a rushed manner. Around 4 hours later, the top layer was coming off again - I was told this is because my nails were too small. I have had SNS numerous times and have never had an issue despite having small finger nails. My friend had the exact same experience except the entire polish started peeling off in less than one day of it being applied. This place also charges a lot for a terrible experience. I would never return.”
