“If I could give this salon 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. My technician was Winnie. The entire service felt rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. It seemed like the only goal was to finish as quickly as possible, with no attention to quality whatsoever. The moment I left, my right index fingernail already felt weak and unstable. I had a bad feeling it was going to break—and I was right. Within just two days, three of my natural nails developed cracks. I had spent months growing my natural nails, and they were ruined because of this poor-quality work. To make matters worse, Winnie could barely communicate in English, making it extremely difficult to explain my concerns or ask questions during the appointment. I paid expecting professional service and left with damaged nails, disappointment, and regret. This salon wasted my time, my money, and months of effort growing my natural nails. I would never return and strongly recommend avoiding this salon.”
