“I have been a loyal customer for many years and have purchased several packages/ services over the years. Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I was unable to fully utilise the credits. When I visited recently, I was informed that my packages had lapsed and could not be renewed as they were more than two years. This came as a surprise, as there had been no prior reminders, follow-up calls, or clear agreement regarding the validity period of these packages at the time of purchase. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and flexibility. Nonetheless, their manicurist is talented and did a good job.”
