“I have been a regular here since last year and I can say that apart from the reasonable pricing, the Fiona and her sister’s skills in eyelash extensions and manicure are what kept me coming. They are extremely warm and friendly towards me and every session feels like I’m at home gossiping with the sisters who has adopted me. Unlike other salons, they do not hard sell their packages. If you don’t want it, they wouldn’t force you to either.”

“Honestly quite disappointed with my experience here, especially since these were supposed to be my birthday lashes. I went in wanting a Thai wispy style and showed a reference photo. Casy, my lash tech, advised that wispy might not suit my eye shape, so I trusted her judgement and was open to something that suited me better. During the appointment, I overheard that they had run out of their usual glue and were using an alternative glue that they had never used on a customer before. I decided to trust the process, but during the application my eyes started feeling quite spicy/burning, so I asked for a fan. Some glue also got onto my lower eyelid when I tried to open my eyes. Unfortunately, the final result was quite different from what I had envisioned. The lashes also felt too long for me, mainly 12mm and 13mm, and I was told they had run out of 11mm. I calmly asked if they could be adjusted slightly. This was when the experience became uncomfortable. Fiona, who wasn’t my lash tech, became visibly upset and started raising her voice, saying that nobody takes more than two hours to do lashes and expressing frustration about the appointment taking longer. I was speaking calmly throughout and wasn’t trying to make a scene. I was simply trying to communicate that I wasn’t fully satisfied. I also woke up the next morning with a very red eye. I can’t confirm whether this was related to the alternative glue, but I found it concerning as I’ve had lash extensions before and any redness normally settles within an hour. I’ve never experienced redness like this the next day. I will attach photos for reference. I do want to praise Casy herself was very patient and kind. She listened to my concerns and genuinely tried her best to help me. My disappointment is mainly with how the overall situation was handled, particularly by Fiona. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously. Customers should be able to communicate when they aren’t satisfied without feeling uncomfortable or being spoken to harshly.”

“Decided to try Ehime after seeing them on Instagram and honestly had such a fun experience 🥹 The girls were so warm and friendly the moment I walked in, and their energy was sooo good!! I felt excited and happy being there c: I did a wispy natural dolly lash set with Cindy and it was so comfortable until I fell asleep~ Fiona also helped recommend a nail design for my ROM and I’m so glad I trusted her because it turned out sooo pretty 🩵😭 didn’t need to think about choosing I love it! Fiona did my nails while I was lying down and Cindy did my lashes at the same time! Very efficient haha 🤣 Also my lashes made my eyes look rounder, and full and how nice that it even came with lower lashes! :) Overall such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
