Editor’s note
Recent reviewers were unanimously critical of Diamond Spa in Bukit Batok, and their concerns centred on the front-of-house experience rather than the treatments themselves. Several described the service as poor, and one felt the spa was pressing extra purchases on them, describing the upselling as too aggressive for a relaxing visit.
Other comments raised issues with the premises, with one reviewer noting an unpleasant smell in the spa and another objecting to a service fee charged on top of the booked massage. Because every review in this set was negative, readers should weigh these comments against the business's full history and their own expectations.
