“All the staffs are very skilled, but one bad thing is too pushy and hard-selling for package. Been there many times, 10 times out of 10 times’ appointment, never fail to hard sell for package. Especially when i’ve purchase a $500 package during one of the appointments, the next following appointment still get hard sold for another package. It’s too overboard. Barely use finish the current package & still get hard sold for another new one EVERY single appointment. Supposedly to be relaxing and enjoy the whole manicure process but ever since the hard selling issue, been going to the appointment with pressured feelings because knowing that at the end of the appointment, staff will come hard selling for packages again & when being rejected, they speak in their native language although no black face shown. Appointment has since been uneasy & pressurized, will never go back there again after the end of the package.”
