“Kim has been my go-to facial therapist for over a year now. A session with her feels like a complete mind and body reset rather than just a facial. Her technique combines relaxing massage strokes and pressure point work with a soothing, sensory atmosphere. Extractions are super thorough, followed by an ampoule and mask, and she never rushes through it. She also gives great daily skin care tips. It’s my ultimate way to destress from work—highly recommended Kim!”

“I have visited this salon for a couple of haircuts over the years. Today, I clearly stated that I only wanted a haircut, yet I was charged $50—the same price as a haircut with a wash. I was disappointed that this pricing was not explained in advance and was only raised at the time of payment. No wash was offered, and I would not have had time for one in any case. I had booked a 4:00 p.m. appointment for both my daughter and me, but because the salon was short-staffed, my daughter had to wait until my haircut was finished. This staffing issue was also not communicated when I made the appointment. To make matters worse, the male staff member handling payment was rude and simply told me to check next time. The salon needs to be more transparent about its pricing, communicate delays or staffing constraints before appointments, and improve its customer-service standards.”
