“The beautician that i was assigned to was not as experienced. My acne became worst and for the amount im paying not worth it. The gas lit is real, you ask them to do smth they will say yes but end up didnt do and told u is done. Customers are not stupidddd. I know u might think is a sales tactic but no you can’t use this in this economy. Tip for all: never say you have not been doing facials even though that’s the truth because they will assign a beautician that is not as experienced and usually in that case, bc they’re new their mindsets is more money minded if you get what i mean. Serve from your heart and the rest will follow. Honestly regretted letting my mum try the referral facial, mum shared with me she wasnt that impressed either for somebody that doesnt go for this type of services says alottttt. So difficult to book their slots on whatsapp, replies were very slow. Expressed that message is preferred multiple times but still received their calls when i was at work so had to cancel the calls. Overall i would not be going back again and my acne actually got better after i stopped my sessions. Seems like a staff got jealous when a package is signed and disrespected the customer. Pls educate them the environment is quite unhealthy Update: the staff spam called me and even questioned me, what kind of service is this? I have 2 more appointments for my mother and i just want a refund now. Don’t even want to step foot into their store.”

“I signed my first three sessions package after trying this particular beautician. I was satisfied with her service, so I signed another 10 sessions. However, for the next three sessions, there was a change in beauticians, and no one updated me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I was still happy with the treatment outcomes. I understand that rescheduling is sometimes necessary, but it’s frustrating when it happens without adequate notice. I was asked to reschedule once, and was given ample notice so I compromised as I myself have to reschedule before as well. But two hours before the same appointment, I was asked to reschedule again! How ridiculous? My suggestion is that if they can’t deliver the service, they shouldn’t upsell. They won’t honour your time as a client. If you’re okay with dealing with all these rescheduling and not being respected, then this place might be for you. However, a place with good treatment outcomes will automatically become a place with one-star reviews the moment they don’t respect their clients. And don’t forget to consider the prices of their packages which are not low. At your own risk.”

“Ever since sign up the facial package since last year, the treatment is subjective to individual therapist and depending on the emotions. Has encounter forced selling proclaiming need to buy ampule but their ampule included on the facial package, but the beauty advisor insisted to buy additional ampule for another purpose. however, after purchase the amupule, they did not use it on my facial during last treatment. Disappointed”
