“Disappointing experience. My appointment was at 4pm, and the numbing cream was applied at 4.09pm. However, I was left unattended until 4.55pm and had to leave the room to check with the staff myself. Although they claimed they had not forgotten about me, they immediately removed the numbing cream only after I approached them. The numbing cream was left on for nearly 50 minutes instead of the usual 20 minutes, and I received no explanation when I questioned this. By the time I left at around 5.20pm, I was the only customer remaining. It genuinely felt like I had been forgotten. The lack of communication and attentiveness was disappointing, especially for a treatment involving numbing cream. This level of service is unacceptable. Additionally, I also emailed the clinic about this experience on 13 Sep, and it's been 14 days and I have yet to receive any reply. Very disappointing service.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but I find their standards dropping. The Tricho treatment area doesn’t look clean and there’s mould on the ceiling wall. Today I chanced upon a guy doing pest control in the area, and the place has a bad smell cos of the pesticide. The therapist still proceeded to ask me to go for treatment. I left, and I asked to be contacted via phone for feedback, but haven’t received any callback from them. Disappointed.”
