“My initial doctor suited me perfectly, but I suppose he became overwhelmed with patients, and the front-line staff persuaded me to switch to another doctor. I’m not saying the second doctor was inferior—it was simply a different treatment style that didn’t suit me as well. My advice to ladies reading this: if you’ve found a doctor who works well for you, don’t be easily persuaded to switch or purchase packages. I’m sure many of us already have unused credits sitting in various clinics. Pay as you go whenever possible, and only commit once you’re completely comfortable with the doctor and the treatment.”

You patiently addressed my concerns, answered every question I had over email, and were transparent about pricing from the outset. During the procedure, you were reassuring and steady-handed. It was evident that I was in experienced hands, which made the entire experience all the more comfortable. Just as importantly, your staff were warm, professional and helpful. They explained the services and never pressured me by being pushy with packages. That's a rarer quality than it should be, and I truly appreciated that.
