“The doctors were great. However, my experience with one of the young nurses in the evening wasn't as good. After my child's consultation, the medication was already ready, but instead of handing it to us first, she was busy keying in my corporate card details. We were the last patients, and my child was still having fever. I hope to leave soon so I can feed her the meds. I had to wait at the counter until I finally asked, "Can I collect the medication first?" She then handed it to us. I feel patient care should come first. She could have let us collect the medication first and completed the administrative work afterwards.”

“Recept lacks empathy. My kid had a fall leading to a big bump at back of head and has no appetite. Entered clinic at 2028hrs and recept told me clinic closed at 2030hrs. Asked to come back tomorrow instead. Explained the kid fall situation, she agreed but with a poker face and told me to come earlier next time. Told her I cannot anticipate when my kid will fall and left the clinic.”
