Joyre Medical & Aesthetic Clinic - Nex Branch

“Firstly, I must acknowledge that their massage therapists are decent but I hate the sales antics and politics. Secondly, some of these people are polished salesmen and women who are eager to please and earn your money. I’d personally not want to patronise them anymore after my bad experience.. There are 2 shops in Nex in total; and they are competing with each other to attract new customers and even EACH OTHERS’ customers to their shop. I once signed a package with one of the shop (Shop 1) and ended up having the treatment at the other shop (Shop 2). After that treatment, the sales lady of Shop 2 told me not to go shop 1 and just go to Shop 2 directly in the future. So apparently the package I signed in Shop 1 is not recognised in Shop 2 and the latter want me to sign another package with them (Shop 2). As a customer, i paid for my package and I just want to receive the treatment, don’t create unnecessary inconvenience and tension for me. Because of #2, my customer card was misplaced at either one of the shop and both of the shops took a while to find it whenever I go for my treatment. Like what kind of disorganised business is this? A simple card also take so long to find?”

“This is my first time visiting after recommendation from my friend for my arm pain due to sports. Therapist coco is very professional and gave me a very good treatment. Eventually got a package to continue the treatment.”
