I recently visited and decided to sign up for a 10-session treatment package after Charlotte carefully assessed my skin condition and took the time to explain the treatments that would be most suitable for my concerns. My main concern is hormonal acne, particularly around my chin area, and she provided a detailed explanation of the possible causes and the recommended treatment plan. What I appreciated most was her honesty and realistic approach.
