“After having three Pico laser treatments, I was careful to avoid sun exposure, but unfortunately, my pigmentation became darker, and I also developed new spots. I consulted the doctor, and I was told that this may have been caused by the laser being set at too high an intensity. They offered me one corrective laser treatment free of charge, but the pigmentation was still there. From the second corrective treatment onward, I would have had to pay the regular laser treatment fee plus an $80 consultation fee, so I decided not to continue. It is disappointing that I underwent the laser treatment hoping to reduce my pigmentation, only to end up with darker and additional spots. The staff were very kind and helpful, which made the experience even more disappointing when it came to the doctor’s treatment.”
