“Have been going to Gangnam for over a year or so for the laser package and then Oratane. Dr Gary and the staff are always friendly and every experience has been good 🥰”

“I’ve been seeing Dr Gary for many years and have always had a positive experience. He and his team are professional, friendly and attentive, and I especially appreciate that there is never any hard selling. The only downside is the difficulty in getting an appointment, especially on Sat. Otherwise, I’ve always felt comfortable and well taken care of.”

“I have been going to Gangnam Laser Clinic for almost 4 years and have introduced many colleagues and friends. I always look forward to my appointments as the doctor always tries to resolve my issues; he is also very nice with excellent manners. My family and friends love it too. I don't normally write reviews but I can really see why they have so many patients, the doctor never stops working at all! Thank you gangnam laser! Gamsahamnida!”

“Terrible service. Think twice before u purchase a package. U can hardly book any slots they’re always fully booked. But if u mention u want to do additional treatments other than laser, they’ll ensure they find you a slot. Doctor is always rushing through the laser treatments and telling customers you’ve to inform the reception the next round if you want to remove stubborn spots or milia seeds as they’ll need time to apply numbing cream. Isn’t this expected advice he should give after assessing your face and before beginning treatment? N then ensuring it is planned for your next appointment instead of customers bringing up our concerns n then remembering to tell the front desk to book an earlier slot to factor in numbing?”
