“1. I did skin tag removal & was advised to do 2 more sessions because the skin tag was quite big. So i signed up 2 more sessions but after 5 days, the skin tag dropped off. So the advise was not helpful. 2. I called to make appointment to do skin tag removal but was told it can only be done together with my facial session(not informed when i signed up). But my skin tag is on my body so i don't understand why need to do together with facial. 3. I came to do facial & skin tag removal on my body. During the facial, i reminded my therapist i wanted to do skin tag removal. But she only applied numbing cream for the skin tag after i finished my facial. So had to wait another 30mins for the numbing cream to be effective. If she applied earlier, i can straight away do the skin tag removal after the facial. 4. During my last skin tag removal session, it took 1 hr because of the numbing cream. Then during the process, it was too painful so I had to stop. Now i realized it might not be skin tag, it's a growth issue & i need to go to the skin specialist.”
