“I’ve had moderate acne since I was a teenager, and since I started seeing the team at Ensoul in April, my skin has honestly never been clearer. I’m really happy with the results so far. Dr Daniel has been great throughout — very professional and articulate, but also really easy to talk to and has good bedside manners. I never feel rushed during my appointments and he explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. Crystal has also been really helpful as my main coordinator. She’s friendly, clear and always makes sure I know what’s going on. One thing I really appreciate is that she’s never pushy about packages or trying to sell me more treatments, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable.
