“The facial treatment was bad. It made my face breakup with even more acnes. The staff was not professional, halfway through the facial she just left without saying anything. Products used were heavily infused with scent, do not think it’s natural ingredients like what they wrote. Did not buy the package as I did not believe in their services. Made my skin condition even worse.”

“Book a facial via Classpass at 6pm, arrived at 5.47pm and waited until 6pm and there is no one at the shop to honor the booking at all. Tried calling the shop and nobody picks up the phone at all. Wasted my time to make a trip down to the shop. Had to reach out to ClassPass to get back my credits because we can't cancel or else we will be penalized by the shop. Sounds like a sketchy scam of this shop. I won't patronize nor recommend anyone to use ClassPass to book this place. Don't do any prepayment or prepaid credits.”

“Was attended by Sally for a facial session and I'm very impressed by her skills. She explained in detail my skin condition, and did not hard sell me any packages at all which I was so afraid of. She was direct on my skin condition, yet very reassuring and empathetic. She did the cleaning, extraction, massages all extremely well and she doesn't rush into doing for me, but really genuinely just doing what she love and for her customers. A pity that I couldn't sign up now but I'll definitely recommend Sally's facial services and will go again next time! Sally is a gem to have in the clinic.☺️”
