“I am grateful for Hela, Dr Kenneth and Dr Hwang’s service. The appt slots were readily available. At my third appt for milia removal, I was however a bit shocked that the intensity of treatment was more aggressive than the previous 2, leaving scars that were deeper and took long to heal. It is about one month already and I can still see the indents, plus because the wound was so deep, it caused sun spots to develop over time. Interestingly I compared this with the first two sessions - the first two sessions I recovered fast as the intensity of treatment was much lower and barely any scars visible after 1-2 weeks. Not too pleased with the irregularities.”
