“From Novena (closed down) to Tiong Bahru Branch. The facial itself was ok and the therapists’ skills are ok. However, I hate the upselling. Make each of my experiences getting bad and stressful. Cannot enjoy the facial in peace. They practically kept selling you packages every other session criticising your skin is dry and this not good that not good need booster etc. It’s really annoying. If the situation doesn’t improve, we will leave and go to another company when my package finishes. Some of the reviews here are not forthcoming as well, saying their attitude will change when we decide not to buy. We shall continue to observe. Fingers crossed. I gave the generous 3 stars mainly cos of the facial itself.”
