“I had a human tissue skin booster treatment with Dr Michelle and really enjoyed the whole experience. She was very gentle and took the time to explain everything to me, which made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Dr Michelle!”

“Has been with them for the past 8 months doing pico-fractioning-toning treatment for my acne scars (box scars, pick scars) Intitally was with another doctor but requested for Dr Michelle Tan as her intensity for treatment is higher and hence see better results. 😉 Great service, everyone is always cheerful and kind. Update Review September 2026 - So have been with Define clinic for more than 3 years and treatments were done by Dr Michelle, who is an excellent aesthetic doctor. During these 3 years, I saw a huge turnover of staff ranging from their counter staff to their facialists. They have also changed their package scheme (instead of one package for one treatment, is by credit system) which seemed to be better in terms of doing more treatments targeting the problem of that day instead of doing one type of treatment. I lowered my rating from 4 stars to 1 star was because of a comment made by their Medical Director. During one of my sessions, the counter staff suggested I do a consult with the medical director. I didnt want to since I have been seeing Dr Michelle and she would recommend treatments she think it suited for me. During the consult with the Medical Director, his first question was "What do you think you can improve". I said generally my skin condition has stabilised and I was pretty satisfied with the condition of my skin (I was recovering from an acne breakout due to wrong use of products). His next remarks was "You looked very "cui" (Cui means horrible in dialect). After spending close to 10k plus and the final remark by the Medical Director was "you still looked horrible". I guess Im not his preferred clientele to spend thousand of dollars in his treatments that "yield no results" to him.”
