“Ridiculous experience. I walked into the clinic on a Sunday at 1:08 pm, well within the stated operating hours, only to be turned away. The staff informed me that the doctor needed to leave at 1:30 pm sharp, even though the clinic’s duty timing is listed as being open until 2:00 pm. The clinic’s website also states that it is open until 2:00 pm, and there was no indication of any last-minute change to the closing time. If patients are expected to arrive earlier than the published closing time, this should be clearly communicated and updated online. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially after making the effort to visit during the advertised operating hours. I hope the clinic improves its communication and ensures that its published timings accurately reflect actual patient intake hours.”

However, at 1:08 PM we got to the clinic and they refused to see us as the Dr. had to leave at 1:30 PM sharp If the doctor needs to leave early or you can’t take people post 1pm, just update your opening and closing hours.”
