It was not as what they claimed, that they do not push sales, When we could not pay via credit card, they convinced us to paynow $5000 and then pay the remaining via credit card in the next visit. Even when email was sent the first instant on advice, they did not respond to us until now. This is thus far the worst industry service we have had.”

I was initially welcomed by a lovely and polite staff member, but the experience changed when I was told that the price advertised on Instagram would be $100 more because of my type of Visit Pass. I found this very unfair and misleading. I also felt very uncomfortable with the strong pressure to purchase a package before even having the chance to try the treatment. When I declined, the staff member’s attitude noticeably changed, and I was not given proper aftercare recommendations. The lady who performed my treatment was kind and professional, and I appreciated her service. However, overall, I left feeling disappointed. I would have considered coming back if I had been treated differently, but unfortunately, I will not return.”
