“Insane hardselling. Said no several times but the staff wouldnt let me go. Tone was very pushy, even said "what are u considering? This is very good alr... whats ur hesitation". Tried to leave but the staff grabbed the manager inside the room to "persuade" me as well. The whole time the staff left the room as the mask was applying, and the extraction was overly painful tears came out of my eyes. Not professional as well, and asked me to top up to get the better machines for less painful extractions.....”

I like it here also because it is so relaxing. The session with Dr Louis for aesthetic treatment is always short and sweet and he is very friendly and easy to talk to. Nice place to pamper myself.”

“went for a trial facial, during the facial itself, staff vivian kept telling me to top up for extra machine use or ampoules, couldn’t relax at all, was supposed to have a shoulder massage as part of the facial but didn’t get it post facial instead of letting me pay n go, she sat me down n started explaining package prices when i rejected, she brought out another staff to try to convince me to buy it, also she kept emphasising that her malaysian friends buy packages here, whats that got to do with me?? TLDR : - u won’t be able to relax during the facial as the staff doing the facial for u will keep yapping - hardsell to the point of crossing over boundaries”
