“Had a disappointing experience at JT Hair & Beauty Salon. We enquired about a hair wash and dry service and was told to take a seat, expected to be attended to within 5 to 10 minutes, but ended up waiting for around 30 minutes. What was most disappointing was that the staff did not bother to ask, check in, or provide any update about the waiting time. We eventually decided to leave as the wait was unreasonable for a simple service. If there was going to be a long wait, the least that could have been done was inform us upfront. Very poor customer service.”
