My initial visit was disappointing due to a last-minute schedule change just 30 minutes before my appointment and some confusion at reception. Communication in the room was minimal, the pre-treatment prep felt rushed compared to other places, and basic checks like verifying the wax temperature were skipped. To top it off, checkout was awkward as the staff wasn't aware of the promotional pricing. However, management stepped in immediately, apologized, and offered a complimentary session at their Orchard outlet. My second visit with Kelly was the complete opposite, she was exceptionally nice, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. While the first visit fell short, I really appreciate their quick service recovery and dedication to making things right.”
