“Front staff Hanni is always cheerful and professional, I wish she was my therapist as I could see her doing a good job in everything she does. However, after over 20 years with Strip since their Day One in 2002 and several prepaid packages over the years since, I hardly receive any special promo from them, as if my loyalty doesn't matter, even when many other competitors start to enter the market fast and furious. So after I deplete my current prepaid balance, we will have to break up. Sorry but over the years, I don't feel like they valued my loyalty. Twenty years is enough.”
