“I purchased a 2-session Brazilian waxing voucher from fave. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, even when I’m not fully satisfied, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel I should share it: I was asked to top up S$ 10 for the crack line, which is ok and I agreed to. However, the bikini line was not included in the Brazilian waxing service. In all my years of waxing experience, a Brazilian waxing has always included the bikini line as part of the standard service. For context, I have had multiple laser hair removal sessions, so I have very minimal hair. Despite that, when I asked the lady to remove the remaining hair along the bikini line, I was told I needed to pay again an additional S$ 10. Charging extra for an area that is typically included in a Brazilian wax feels completely incorrect and very misleading. For this attitude to the customer I would actually give 0 stars.”
