“The service is getting worse and worse. I have been with Hairz since 2022 and I have top-up the credits with them for more than thousand. Their staff turnover is high and the service quality has becoming bad and worse. The staff just anyhow swipe the machine on you and complete the session within 5mins for a major area. They claimed that the session is 10-15mins for full back treatment but it usually completed in 5mins. And today a new staff did the session for me was completed in 2 minutes for 1 major area! From the moment she applied the gel on me until she removed the gel from me is only 2 mins. When I questioned the staff, she said “huh I have already swiped 2 times on you.” It’s not about how many times you swipe but it’s the about the attitude you treat your customer. Terrible service. Another reminder: if you have any leftover credits and want to use the remaining credit without topping up credit, you have to pay for the full price, not the price that you used to pay via credit. Given the experiences that I have with them and I don’t find the treatments are effective at all, I have decided not to use my last session of package and remaining credits I have with Hairz anymore. It’s really totally waste of money and time to travel to the outlet for ineffective treatments and just simply wanted to quickly end the treatment kind of attitude.”

“As a first timer and new to this change that I've decided upon, I can say YK really did manage me well. In terms of understanding , relating to my sensitive areas which she asked beforehand and even advised promptly on after care. I think that in general, there is no one services suits all in terms of how she treats customer as I do look upon at the reviews before signing a package and confirming who will be servicing me. I've seen the bad and the good part and I've decided that she truly deserve all the awards being a front facing employee over at Hairz@paya lebar square. As I do know that I am a pretty picky and difficult to satisfy customer, I dare she that she did definitely answer to all my queries and re-assuring me. “I was searching for underarm and boyzilian hair removal services and Hairz ads appear on my fb Timeline stating a promotion of less than $100 for both services and so I decided to give it a try. The experience on my first visit is food. And the therapist told me the power for trial is usually lower and I say it's fair enough. After that I was introduced to package which cost more than 1k. Due to the many sudden close down, I decided to just go for per visit rate which is more than double for my 2nd visit. But result for my 2nd visit is disappointing, hair grow after 2 days which is not usual as I had done this many times when I was in Thailand when I live and work there. Then I text the staff from hairz and at first the reply say power of trial is always higher which is not something I was told. Then another reply say the 2nd power is higher. This is a red flag to me as the reply seemed like it is trying to find excuses to make me accept and return. I don't trust this place anymore with such reply from the staff.
