“I’m from Malaysia and I’ve been going to SG Free Hair since 16 February 2026 for electrolysis. I can only come on weekends because of work, so I’m really grateful that Anna is sometimes available on weekends for my appointments. The team is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Anna is very experienced and explains things clearly, especially about hair roots, growth cycles and how to manage the treatment for someone like me who is scared of needles. She always makes me feel more comfortable. I also like that they don’t make me feel like they are only focused on getting money. They genuinely care about the treatment and always encourage me to continue. They also remind me about my appointments, which I really appreciate. I’ll definitely continue coming back every month and be a regular customer. Really happy with the service and experience so far. 😊 Highly recommended!”
