“The experience from start to finish is top tier. Jovelle runs through a detailed skin analysis while you sip on your chosen drink and soak your feet in warm water. Then she wafts some aromatherapy oil (also your choice) around you, provides a shoulder massage (females only), and starts the treatment proper. Extraction is virtually painless and every step is explained. She can also vet your skincare routine and give advice. Suffice it to say I’ve already booked my next appointment!”

I like that she uses a skin analysis machine so I can actually see my progress over time. She also gave me some really useful tips and product recommendations for my combination skin.
